If you are looking for an apartment with loads of outside space, and great views, its own private entrance, with a second floor that you could make into more living accommodation if required, and to top it off, just a few minutes in the car either to the beach, or to the city of Gandia, then this could be the property that you have been searching for!.
Xeresa is a nice village situated in the province of Valencia, between Xeraco to the north and the city of Gandia to the south. The beaches along this stretch of the Valencia coastline are said to be some of the best beaches in the Costas. In the next village of Xeraco, which is not very far away at all, there is the costal train which goes up and down from the very center of Valencia to the very center of Gandia, making this very handy if you fly in to Valencia airport, as the metro is situated outside Valencia train station and goes direct to the airport itself.
The property is sitauted in a very nice street, with ample street parking, and from the front you would think its a traditional townhouse but with two front doors, but this property has many suprises up its sleave!.
You enter to the property from the door on the left, to its own private entrance and stairs that lead up to the main part of the apartment, where we enter straight into the large lounge - diner which is in the center of the apartment, then off to the right there is the master bedroom and good sized second bedroom, and small balcony, then on the left side of the lounge there is the third bedroom, a large kitchen - diner, and a modern fully tiled shower room.
Then in the corner of the lounge, there is a stairway, a stairway inside the apartment? Yes this is where the suprises start, going up the stairs, there is a very large room of approx half the size of the apartment below, now in its original state, but could be converted into whatever you want, maybe another lounge, kitchenette and bathroom, or maybe a couple more bedrooms and a bathroom. The suprises keep coming with this property when we leave this leave space and go out onto the fantastic roof terrace, private to this property, with mountain views and views over the village. The size of this terrace is enormous, has great orientation, and even has a place for doing a BBQ. (Please note we have only advertised the property of the m2 of the apartment on the first floor itself).
As well as the above, the owners have agreed to walk away from the apartment with everything inside (well maybe not the large double bed) but if they decide to leave that, then its fully furnished and ready to live or rent out if wanted. The apartment is in original state from when the current owners purchased the property, but all is clean and well maintained, and also the owners have previously had the property rewired.
