In 2003, Louise & Martin Dell were inspired by their own experience of buying a property in Spain. They identified a lack of practical resources & established Kyero as a platform to help buyers navigate their journey of buying & renting property abroad.

Kyero is a real estate marketplace for international buyers. Every month we help around 3 million people view properties listed by trusted agents. Initially focussed on Spain we now showcase over 750,000 properties across Spain, Portugal, France and Italy. We are genuinely excited to have already helped over 50,000 people find the property of their dreams.

We believe business can be a force for good and that business should benefit the planet. In 2018 we invested in becoming carbon negative for the next ten years by removing double our carbon footprint. We’re a remote company with a small internal footprint, but we believe our industry should take responsibility for its impact. So we’ve also offset double the travel that’s typically involved in viewing properties & moving abroad in this calculation.
Through an investment with Nori Carbon Removal Marketplace, Kyero is carbon negative until 2028.
As we grow the team & develop new products and services, we’ve pledged to explore the impact and role we all have on the planet. We’ll hold ourselves fully accountable & welcome you to be a part of our journey.
B Corp reflects our commitment to our people & community, but it’s not an endpoint. We continue to challenge ourselves on how we operate & what impact we have at a local level.
In Spain, we donate 1% of Kyero’s total revenue to the Spanish homelessness charity Hogar sí RAIS, supporting the right to housing & access to health for all.
